Description
Recombinant Human Interferon gamma-1b is a sterile protein product for injection. rHIFN-γ is produced by recombinant DNA technology using E.coli. It is a highly purified protein containing 140 amino acids, and has a molecular weight of approximately 16.5kD.
l Indications
1. Indicated for reducing the frequency and severity of serious infections associated with Chronic Granulomatous Disease.
2. Indicated for delaying time to disease progression in patients with severe, malignant osteopetrosis.
